Course – Digital Literacy

The Mystory project was designed as a semester long exercise where the students mapped their relationships to the various parts of the “popcycle,” building their “widesite” in stages. After each stage the students presented the discourse they had been working on and received feedback from the class and me as the instructor. They were then free to continue working on that part of their site until the end of the semester. I set aside two weeks for each of the four quadrants of the mystory, and the whole site including a section devoted to the emblem was due at the end of the semester. The exam in the course consisted of an oral presentation of their “widesite” to the class.
