Students in this course were asked to create a multimedia project that responded to the question posed in the class’s title, “What is America? Will Work for Food”–but to do so through their personal engagement with the key words and ideas discussed throughout the semester. In this project, Lauren Becker offers us a look into the labor/process and preparations of the food service at a Sorority house at a State University.
